Pearls of the Polish Economy 2009

The 7th edition of the Pearls of the Polish Economy ranking took place on 19 November in the Royal Castle in Warsaw. Polish Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of the Economy Waldemar Pawlak and the President of the Polish Academy of Sciences Prof. Michał Kleiber took honorary patronage over the event.

The Pearls of the Polish Economy 2009
The winners of the 7th edition of the Pearls of the Polish Economy ranking were announced on November 19th 2009 at a Gala at the Royal Castle in Warsaw. The ranking is organsed by the English-language economic magazine “Polish Market”. The ranking is compiled by the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences (INE PAN). Polish Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of the Economy Waldemar Pawlak and the President of the Polish Academy of Sciences Prof. Michał Kleiber took honorary patronage over the event.

The results of the 6th edition of the Pearls of the Polish Economy competition were announced at a gala event at the Royal Castle in Warsaw on November 21, 2008. The ranking is co-organized by Polish Market Economic Magazine and the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (INE PAN). Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Economy Waldemar Pawlak and President of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Professor Michał Kleiber were honorary patrons of the event.

He opened Poland’s first Genetic Oncology Consultancy Clinic in 1992 where he discovered that congenital genetic predispositions are crucial in cancer patients.
