The Foundation for the Development of Polish Pharmacy and Medicine
The Foundation for the Development of Polish Pharmacy and Medicine was set up in 2001 by Polpharma, a leading pharmaceutical company. The Foundation’s mission is to support the development of pharmaceutical and medical sciences through financing research in these fields.
Its motto is: ‘We help people of science’. Among other tasks of the Foundation are: promoting new solutions in pharmacy and medicine, granting financial aid to institutions and organizations merited in the development of these sectors, sustaining information exchange between representatives of academic and business environments and disseminating knowledge on pharmacy and medicine. The Foundation also funds scholarships for young scientists and organises a national competition for the best M.S. thesis in pharmacy.
